These general and specific conditions apply to all services marketed by SAS L'Echappée Bière. The term "Service" refers indifferently to an excursion, an activity, a workshop, a sensation, a tour, a stay or a tailor-made service marketed by SAS L'Echappée Bière.
The buyer acknowledges having been informed and having accepted the fact that SAS L'Echappée Bière is the seller carrying out this sale in accordance with all the legal provisions specified by Law No. 92-645 of July 13, 1992 and its implementing Decree No. 94-490 of June 15, 1994 included in the order of December 20, 2004 giving rise to the tourism code. Consequently, any sale made on this website is subject to the general and specific conditions of sale of SAS L'Echappée Bière set out below.

General conditions for individual and group offers

PRICES

Prices are inclusive of VAT and in Euros. L'Echappée Bière reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the ordered goods at the prices indicated when the order was placed.

REGULATIONS

Payment for the activities available on our website https://echappee-biere.com is made directly online. These activities can also be paid for by bank transfer.
For payment purposes, services will only be deemed booked upon receipt of the transfer to the L'Echappée Bière account, or upon receipt of the bank check or ANCV checks. A confirmation email will then be sent. Without this email, no service will be considered confirmed.
Cash payment on the day of departure of the tour or tasting is only possible if expressly validated in writing (email, letter) by an employee of L'Echappée Bière. In this case, you are asked to have the exact amount, as SAS L'Echappée Bière staff do not carry cash under any circumstances. Anyone arriving without having previously paid for their activity and without providing a means of payment will be refused access to the activity without any possibility of complaint. A payment receipt may be given upon request to anyone paying for the service on the day of the service.

INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY

With regard to the activity of SAS l'Echappée Bière, the latter disclaims all liability in the event of drunkenness. Our activities only offer a moderate volume of alcohol, which can be replaced at any time by non-alcoholic drinks. SAS L'Echappée Bière reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of damage to the equipment provided or caused by one of our partners, as well as in the event of inappropriate behavior.
In the event of the presence of minors or those appearing to be minors, the L'Echappée Bière team reserves the right to request proof of majority. Under no circumstances may a minor take part in alcohol tastings (beers, wines, and spirits).

COMPLAINTS

Any complaint must be made by registered letter, addressed to management at 130, Boulevard de la Liberté, 59000 Lille.

REFUNDS AND PRODUCT VALIDITY PERIOD

Gift and activity vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. After this date, no refunds, deferrals, or credits will be issued.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation by the buyer for the selected service, reimbursement will take place as follows:

• More than 30 days before the service: Full refund (excluding booking fee of €2 per ticket)
• Purchase date up to 21 days before departure date: 75% refunded by bank transfer, or credit for another service (excluding booking fees of €2 per ticket).
• From 20 to 10 days before the service: 50% refund (excluding booking fee of €2 per ticket) – No credit or postponement.
• Up to 10 days before the service: No refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances (hospitalization, death with presentation of a certificate). Cancellation requests related to transport problems or illness will not be considered. No credit or postponement.

Cancellation conditions due to L'Echappée Bière

In the event of cancellation due to SAS L'Echappée Bière (dangerous weather conditions, mechanical failure of the vehicle, unexpected sick leave of the guide, etc.): a full refund will be offered to the purchaser of the service or the possibility of rescheduling for an equivalent service. However, SAS L'Echappée Bière reserves the right to cancel or modify its services in the event of an insufficient number of people on a tour up to 48 hours before the aforementioned service. INSURANCE Civil liability of customers SAS L'Echappée Bière declines all responsibility for damage of any kind, such as theft, which may affect the effects, objects or materials brought by customers.

Each visitor is responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that they may cause during their presence at a service offered by SAS L'Echappée Bière.

The Echappée Bière organizers reserve the right to stop or cancel the activity if they deem the behavior of customers inappropriate or disrespectful.
Professional Liability

SAS L'Echappée Bière holds a Professional Civil Liability Insurance policy taken out with the company HISCOX. The contract taken out bears the number HA RCP0234752. It guarantees the consequences of professional civil liability that may be incurred by SAS L'Echappée Bière due to bodily injury, material damage and immaterial damage caused to its customers or third parties as a result of fault, error or negligence observed during its professional activity.
Information Technology and Freedom

In accordance with the "Information Technology and Civil Liberties" law of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, you have the right to access and rectify information concerning you, which you can exercise by contacting SAS L'Echappée Bière, 130, Boulevard de la Liberté, 59000 Lille.

The use of email addresses collected for the transmission of the newsletter as well as all private data collected is used only for this purpose. L'Echappée Bière undertakes not to distribute, sell or communicate this information to third parties.
