Booking is done directly on the desired activity page. You choose the date, time slot, and number of participants, then submit your booking request.
We recommend booking only for the number of people you are sure of, and then re-submitting a booking request if additional participants are added (pay attention to availability). In the event of cancellation, our T&Cs apply.
Of course, we welcome everyone. For minors, we have a reduced rate that does not include any tastings. For adults who do not drink alcohol, the rate remains as indicated, but we always offer to replace the beer with a soft drink (juice, soda, coffee, tea, etc.).
Yes, this would be a private event at a different rate than what is listed on our website. Please send your request to contact@echappee-biere.com if you are an individual or to event@echappee-biere.com if you are a company looking for a team-building or seminar activity.
The gift code must be applied in the shopping cart in the "Do you have a gift card?" section just before submitting your booking request. You must therefore first choose the date and time of the activity when this is offered to you, then consult your shopping cart and enter the gift card code before proceeding to payment (deduction will be made).
If this does not work, please contact us at contact@echappee-biere.com and include your gift card code.
It is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please note that the important thing is not to do the activity before the end of the validity period, but to book it. If you have a gift card valid until June 30, 2026, you can book an activity for November 2026 as long as the reservation is made before the end of June.

You can book an activity from 1 person, although we always recommend being at least 2 to make it more friendly.
In the event of cancellation by L'Echappée Bière, we offer you a full refund in the form of a credit note valid for 1 year on all our activities throughout France.
If you prefer a refund to your account, this is possible but there is a bank fee of €2 per order.
In the event of cancellation by the buyer for the selected service, reimbursement will take place as follows:
- More than 30 days before the service: Full refund (excluding booking fee of €2 per ticket) Purchase date up to 21 days before the departure date: 75% refunded by bank transfer, or credit for another service (excluding booking fee of €2 per ticket).
- From 20 to 10 days before the service: 50% refund (excluding booking fee of €2 per ticket) – No credit or postponement.
- Up to 10 days before the service: No refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances (hospitalization, death). Cancellation requests due to transportation issues or illness will not be considered. No credit or postponement.
We do not accept payments on site. You must pay for your ticket online or by contacting our agency before the activity to finalize and confirm your reservation.
